Scuba Trip

Dover Dives

Recreational and Technical Dives from 12m-50m. All year round, subject to weather.

Valerie Ann is a 35 foot Berry Boat kitted out for dive charter.  She is fully MCA coded to Category 2 and carries all the necessary safety and electronic navigation equipment.  Valerie Ann has plenty of deck space and kitting up benches for up to twelve divers (though we like to keep it to ten or fewer so you will have loads of room) and is equipped with a flushing toilet and internal areas where divers can keep out of the rain or wind.  Hot and cold drinks are available - and there are cooking facilities so if you are lucky you might get a nice hot sausage roll at the end of your dive.  Valerie Ann's custom built dive ladder was specifically designed to allow divers to get back aboard with the minimum of effort.  Her skipper Simon is a BSAC Advanced diver and Open Water Instructor with over a decade's experience of diving the wrecks that Valerie Ann will take you to.

Recreational Diver Min Certification - Open Water Diver, but Advanced Open Water preferred.
Technical Diver Min Certification - Advanced Nitrox or Trimix dependant on depth.

  • Saturday 15th October - Either come back to shore between dives or stay out - dependant on weather.

Follow M20 towards Dover which turns into the A20 near Dover. Follow signs for Dover centre. At bottom of hill on roundabout is a BP Service Station. Turn right at next roundabout onto Esplanade and right again into Car Park with RNLI building. Neptune ourboat is to your left of RNLI building down short staircase and ploating pontoon.

Car parking can be there on site as a Pay and Display, or free if go back to previous roundabout - turn left onto Elizabeth Road which goes underneath The Viaduct and swings back round on its self (anticlockwise) and over A20. At this point the yellow lines run out and a small number of vehicles can park there all day for free behind a few lorries. A staricase down to A20 will lead you back to the BP garage for you to then cross the road to boat. Allow 10mins to walk back.

We can conduct Deep, EanX, and Wreck Specialty Courses.
