If you have answered yes to any of these questions above, then the Drift Diver Course is what you need.

The PADI Drift Diver Specialty Course introduces you to the coolest magic carpet ride you’ll ever experience. This course shows you how to enjoy rivers and ocean currents by “going with the flow,” staying with your dive partner, communicating with the dive boat and knowing where you are the whole time.

To all new custumers who contact C-Life Dive School we are now offering you the chance to hire our Drysuits after completing our Drysuit Specialty Course. C-Life philosophy states 'we use the correct thermal protection for the environment we are diving in - i.e Drysuits for UK diving.

During the Drift Diver program,
You will gain experience planning, organisation, procedures, techniques, problems and hazards of drift diving. An introduction to drift diving equipment such as floats, lines and reels. Buoyancy control, navigation and communication for drift diving. Site selection and overview of aqautic currents and their casue and effects. And techniques for staying close to your buddy ot together as a grouop. You will gain experience with direct, professional supervision of a PADI Instructor.

Course consists of
A knowledge review session, 2 open water dives.
All equipment, manual and certification included.

Where can I go from here?
The Drift Diver Dive from the Adventures In Diving program may count towards this specialty at instructor discretion and this specialty counts as one of your five Specialty diver certifications for the Master Scuba Diver certification.
