Digital has taken the underwater photography world by storm. Get in on the action with the PADI Digital Underwater Photographer Specialty course. You can quickly and easily capture the underwater world with your camera and on your computer.

During the PADI Digital Underwater Photographer Specialty course, you learn to use the PADI SEA (Shoot, Examine and Adjust) method, which takes full advantage of digital technology. The result is good underwater photos faster than you may imagine. You not only learn how to take good photos, but how to share them with your friends via email or printing, optimizing your work with your computer, storage and more. Once qualified to Level 2 you can hire underwater camera systems.

To all new custumers who contact C-Life Dive School we are now offering you the chance to hire our Drysuits after completing our Drysuit Specialty Course. C-Life philosophy states 'we use the correct thermal protection for the environment we are diving in - i.e Drysuits for UK diving.'

The PADI Digital Underwater Photography Course is a two-part (Level One and Level Two) introduction to digital underwater photography centered around todays's point-and-shoot digital cameras.

Successfull Level 1 candidates receive; PADI Digital Underwater Photographer Level One certification card
Successfull Level 2 candidates receive; full PADI Digital Underwater Photographer Specialty certification.

Course consists of;

Level 1 - Discussion and Knowledge Review section 1, and 1 pool dive
Level 2 - Discussion and Knowledge Review sections 1 & 2, Digital Photography Workflow Workshop, and 1 pool dive and 1 or 2 open water dives (Level 2 ONLY can be credited towards MSD).*
All equipment, manual and certification included.

Where can I go from here?

*The Digital Underwater Photography open water Dive from the Adventures In Diving program may count towards this specialty at instructor discretion and this specialty counts as one of your five Specialty diver certifications for the Master Scuba Diver certification (MSD). With your Level 2 certification, you can now hire underwater camera equipment and continue enjoying your newly learnt skills. Record and share your holiday memories above and below the water, and improve your buoyancy skills.
