  Rescue Diver Course


 

Three day course - with theory and open water dives. On demand and quartely.

Challenging and rewarding best describes the PADI Rescue Diver course. This course will expand your knowledge and experience level. Rescue Divers learn to look beyond themselves and consider the safety and well being of other divers. Although this course is challenging, it is a rewarding way to build your confidence. Rescue Diver training will prepare you to prevent problems and, if necessary, manage dive emergencies. Many divers say this is the best course they’ve ever taken.

You'll cover:

  • Self-rescue and diver stress
  • Emergency management and equipment
  • Panicked diver response
  • In-water rescue breathing protocols
  • Egress (exits)
  • Dive accident scenarios

Although this subject is serious, most divers find the course rewarding and enjoyable. Run over a period of three days. Proof of CPR, First aid training (or complete our EFR course) and to have logged at least 20 dives. Course material includes: All Dry Suit (If have Drysuit Specialty Diver) and Scuba kit, Rescue Diver Manual crewpack and certification.

Prerequsites - 12yrs of age with PADI Advanced Open Water or equivalent, have current First Aid certificate within last 2 yrs

Book - Rescue, and EFR together for a bundle package of £350 save £25 if Club Member.
