Scuba Enhancement Workshop

The Scuba Enhancement Workshop (SEW) is a program C-Life Dive School have designed. Have you recently qualified either abroad or in the UK, still feeling nervous about diving or even inexperienced for UK diving, we can help. This workshop is designed to enhance and build upon what you already know, remind you of the main areas, and improve your diving mentally and physically in a practical hands on manner.

The SEW can be combined with the Scuba Review.

The SEW is excellant as a stepping stone into UK diving.

Our workshop includes a dry session where we discuss optimising your gear, reduce kit clutter, recommended accessories, practical dive planning and much more. Plus 2 guided dives packed with skills to enhance what you already know. From visualisation techniques, natural navigation, compass navigation i.e wreck diving, DSMB use at depth and shallows, boat protocols, buoyancy trimming and more.. All of this will prepare you mentally and physically thus increase your enjoyment of scuba.

All kit is included in the price. If you have not used a Drysuit before we will arrange a Drysuit Pool Orientation session before the SEW also included in price.
